**DELAYS EXPECTED FOLLOWING SNOWFALL ACROSS THE UK - 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th  JANUARY 2009**
Lemaxland offer customers a 24hr deliver service, however, the extreme weather conditions will inevitably cause delays with deliveries across the country. Although this cannot be helped we would like to thank all our customers in advance for their patience during this time and recommend viewing your order history page when logged in at our store to track your parcel - alternatively, please contact us if you need any further help.


Lemaxland deliver throughout the UK using overnight next day tracked courier service.  We normally despatch within 24hrs and you can typically expect your order to arrive within 24hrs of despatch too.  Please note all deliveries require a signature and may be sent in more than one parcel.

When placing an order with us, simply select the Shipping Zone for your delivery address during checkout.  Choosing the incorrect zone, may delay your order significantly whilst we contact you to correct the shipping.

You may track the status of your delivery any time by logging into your account and visiting your 'Order History' page (registered users only) and clicking the 'view tracking' link.
 

UK Mainland customers
(Zone 1)
Our overnight 24hr delivery service is £5.99 for orders under £60.   However, spend over £60 (exc shipping) and you will receive FREE DELIVERY!

Non Mainland, Scottish Highlands & Reserved areas (Zone 2)
Our standard delivery cost is £12.49 for Zone 2 postal areas listed (see below).  Due to the geographical location, we are not able to offer the free delivery offer at this time.

    1. Postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

  • Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly
    1. Postcodes: BT, IM, PO, TR21-25.

Channel Islands, Rep. of Ireland, Europe & rest of World
Our website has no facility to provide shipping costs for outside the UK. However, we can provide individual shipping quotes for our overseas customers. To do so, please use our store to place items in your basket. Continue to checkout and click the 'Place Order Now' button. This will register your potential order with us. At the next screen, please ignore the payment options (at this stage we are only preparing a quote). In the 'Delivery Instructions/Comments' box type 'Shipping Quote'. Press the 'okay' button and then exit our store (please note our store will direct you to our payment screen - please exit this since the price to pay will be inaccurate as our store doesn't facilitate non UK shipping). We will provide you with a quote within 24hrs. We research the best value overseas courier for the proposed weight or size of your parcel.

How is my overseas order shipping calculated? A courier will charge us on either the actual weight of your parcel or the volumetric (dimensional size) of the box. As an example, a helium balloon in a box that is very light would cost more to send than a regular house brick which is heavier. Purely because the box would be much bigger for us to send the balloon...

How fast do we despatch?
Lemaxland despatch 95% of all orders within 24hrs, the remainder, within 48hrs of a cleared payment being received when you place your order with us.

I need my parcel urgently!
Our standard delivery uses overnight next day courier generally delivered before 4pm.  However, if you need it quicker or guaranteed, we do offer same day service, Royal Mail Special Delivery before 9am and 1pm and personal delivery (local only).  Please contact us prior to placing an order for a shipping quote or enquire about any of these additional facilities.

WHAT ALL CUSTOMERS NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THEIR DELIVERY:

    • Our courier service is fully trackable online
    • Lemaxland post only to the payment address, unless otherwise agreed
    • Delivery is typically 24hrs (1 working day)
    • A signature is required before your parcel is handed over to you
    • Up to 2 delivery attempts will be made upon which your parcel will be returned to us (this is based on the assumption that you haven't collected your parcel from the courier's depot or arranged a re-delivery within 2 days of receiving your 'while you were out' card) and you will be recharged for subsequent re-delivery. (Sorry, no exceptions.)
    • A contact number is required in the event there is a problem with your delivery (using a fictitious telephone number during registration, will only delay your order further).
    • Retain all packaging from us (in the event of return or damage.)  You are responsible for returning goods. However, we will refund postage in accordance with our Terms. 

My parcel hasn't arrived or is damaged
As much as we hate to hear the words, problems can happen.  It's nobody's fault, but the carrier. It is essential you contact us within 7 days (ideally 3 days as we use a 24hr courier) from the date of despatch.  In the event of loss or damage, we need your help so we may recover goods/monies.  Customers are required to sign a disclaimer form and participate in email communication.  At this point, we strongly recommend (if goods are damaged) you retain all packaging as an inspection by the carrier may be required.  A full refund will be provided on satisfactory proof of loss/damage agreed with the carrier.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if we feel your postal address differs to your payment address (unless otherwise agreed), given in error or is invalid to use within the constraints of our site.  We will always contact you under these circumstances.
